What do you like best about Thoropass?

I like Thoropass for its flexibility, which allows the tool to adapt to how we work instead of us having to adjust. The attention to customers is great; they respond directly and fast. Their rapid growth means they are continually shipping things that matter, even for our corner cases, and these changes make a real difference. Using the Trust Center makes it easy to share compliance documents and reduces our workload. The framework mapping is helpful in keeping us on track with best practices. Integration with cloud providers streamlines pulling evidence, making the whole process easier. The initial setup was easy and felt natural to use. What do you dislike about Thoropass?

I can't think of any big issues, but it would be great if Thoropass decides to fully support a trust center that is more customizable. Also, if they become certified to provide ISO42001 and 27701 audits, it would really add value for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
