What do you dislike about Thirst?

What problems is Thirst solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thirst has solved a few big problems for us. Before using it, managing training felt scattered and time-consuming — content was all over the place, updates were a hassle, and tracking who had completed what was a constant struggle.

With Thirst, everything is in one place. I can set up training quickly, update content easily, and share it with the team without any back-and-forth. The tracking has been a huge benefit too — I can instantly see progress, which saves me loads of time and helps me stay organised.

Another problem it’s solved is support and responsiveness. With previous platforms, getting help or giving feedback felt like talking into a void. Thirst actually listens, keeps us updated with new features, and responds when we need something.

Overall, it’s taken away a lot of the admin headaches and made the whole training process much smoother and more efficient for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
