What I like best about ThinkSys is their thorough approach to software testing. They look beyond basic functionality and help identify usability, performance, and integration issues that could affect the end-user experience. What do you dislike about ThinkSys?

One area that could be improved is the time needed to get fully aligned on testing requirements for more complex projects.
