"At Thinking Data, nothing is impossible."

5/5

What do you like best about Thinking Engine?

Thinking Data excels in all the right areas: it’s incredibly intuitive to use, so much so that other products can’t even compare, and navigating between features like cohorts and funnels feels totally seamless right from the start. Implementation is straightforward—most steps are clearly documented, so you can quickly get things rolling without needing a huge technical background. They also stand out for their dedicated manager support, where you actually feel like someone’s got your back rather than being just another ticket in a queue. Because it’s user-friendly and offers the key analytics I need, I find myself logging in frequently—often several times a day. The range of features is impressive, especially the “user tag” function that covers any shortcomings you might find with traditional cohort tools, making a real impact on marketing and planning. And the best part is that integration with other platforms or workflows is smooth and doesn’t require a ton of custom code, so you can pull everything into one place with minimal fuss. Having tried Mixpanel, Amplitude, and PostHog, I can confidently say that Thinking Data is by far the best among product analytics solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thinking Engine?

It's a bit of a shame that the solution isn’t widely used yet. I’d love to find more resources from other users, but that’s not really possible at the moment. So here I am, leaving the very first review! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thinking Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?

First off, we used analytics to optimize marketing costs—like ROAS and ROI—and even caught abusive users on the product team. Essentially, we applied data across every aspect of our operations, which let us roll out a comprehensive growth hacking strategy throughout the entire organization!
