We’ve been using TherapyCRM for about seven months at our two-person ABA practice. On a day-to-day basis, we rely on it for scheduling, session notes, client intake, and reporting, and it’s helpful having everything in one place. The note templates have been the biggest time-saver for us. Since automating our workflow, we no longer spend hours managing bookings and availability. It also catches input mistakes early, saves reliably, and we haven’t lost a note. Access is clearly separated between therapists, admin staff, and families, and consent and privacy are handled thoughtfully, which matters a lot in our field.
