I like that TheraNest by Ensora Health has dropdown menus that make it easy to take and keep notes on my clients. I also like the variety of billing options, even though I don’t use them. It’s a pretty thorough website and seems to be constantly improving. The features save time, and the website is safe, user-friendly, and pretty intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't had a problem with any of the features. It took me some time to get to know the system, especially because I had to download a huge number of clients, though it has become more intuitive as I've gotten familiar with it. It might also be helpful to be able to dictate notes into TheraNest by Ensora Health. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
