I appreciate the layout of TheraNest by Ensora Health and that the note functions are very straightforward. The assessments are really helpful, as well as the questionnaires, assessment evaluation, and various forms that I can create for the agency. The screening tools and treatment plans are all very helpful. One of my favorites is the Wiley treatment planner, which I really appreciate being included as it's a helpful part of the package. I know that we had a little change with the time input, because we have to put it in on the exact minute, but we figured it out. It used to have a more simple drop-down feature, and that would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
