What do you like best about The Predictive Index?

Predictive Index helps provide more information into a candidate's working style. I love how thorough the training is and how spot on the summaries are of each candidate. I also really like how PI is constantly updating their tools to make them more modern and useful. Being able to pull PIs by teams and dig in groups about how to work best together has been really helpful for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?

Downsides are that you will have some members of staff who believe that the PI is 100% the ONLY tool that should be used for hiring and that is not helpful, you need to take into account the full process. Also the training is intensive which is great, but those who don't go through it struggle to understand the nuances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering The Predictive Index:

What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using it for hiring and management tools as well as team building. The team building is the real bonus we have worked on in the past year or two. Hiring it is helpful for work style as we have so many managers and unique positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
