Fast and flexible.

Clear and easy to use.

Takes online bookings.

Email and sms reminder enabled.

Practical customer database with customer attachment functions.

Handles wait lists.

Great table and peak service stats.

Great for reminders both general and for bookings.

Works completely offline and backs up to the cloud.

What problems is The Parable Restaurant Diary solving and how is that benefiting you?

The fact that we have a profiled customer database providing us statistics on how often a person has dined, no showed or cancelled allows us to better target and serve our customers.

The double entry of organising online bookings was an issue for us in the past, the Parable places bookings right into the diary for us increasing our productivity.

Bookings in general are easily confirmed for us now by Sms and email so our no shows are now almost non existent.

General table turnover has also increased as we can better manage our peaks through the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
