What do you like best about the Mercury Platform?

The overall tasks and estimation management is fantastic. On top of that, it provides and helps to communicate with each team members separately as well as in group. I also likes the client panel very much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about the Mercury Platform?

So far, I have not found any points which i don't like or prefer to use the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the Mercury Platform:

I'll definitely recommend Mercury in order to streamline the overall project management activities along with managing the client smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is the Mercury Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we are solving with the mercury platform is inter-team communication and transparency to client. Previously, we were having real challenge with keeping things simple and transparent to client. With the help of Mercury platform, we have nicely managed the expectation from internal team members and to our client.

Our Clients are having complete clarity with what is going on at development floor where as they can plan their sprints / tasks separately and keep it in the back-log so that does not require seperate sprint planning but sprint is already getting ready. As soon as the current sprint is over, they can move the whole sprint to development team and dev team can start working on that.

I like the overall navigation where as I don't dislike is, it's not having information about accounting and payments though, I am sure, it'll be on the platform soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
