The easy onboarding process, the minimal amount of time it takes to complete the daily schedule, and the automated credit card processing, payroll, tipping, and reminders are my top favorites. Before using TCS, we were spending 2.5-3 hours per day finalizing the next day's schedule. Now, we are able to complete a schedule of 125+ jobs in under an hour each day. We were spending 3-4 hours manually processing credit card payments daily, and now we spend 0 hours because payment processing is completely automated. The manual tipping has saved us approximately three hours per day, and the automated payroll has saved us about five hours per week. Also love the extra time request & provider note feature where cleaners in the field can request additional time and send notes directly through TCS instead of having to call the office. This has cut the amount of field support time in half. We were able to free up two full time office admins which gave us the ability to have them work on revenue generating tasks instead of manual, back-end work. Last but not least, I love the customer support and the community that comes with being a TCS user. The team at TCS is always available for any questions we may have and even provide hands-on help. They also host weekly zoom calls for all TCS members where we're able to ask questions, give feedback/suggestions, and get live training for any new features-which they are constantly adding. The only downside of using TCS was getting used to a map based schedule instead of a list schedule. However, after the short time it took to get used to the map scheduling, I could NEVER go back to a list.
