What do you like best about The Bug Genie?

It si completely integrated: tickets, authentication, code review and code viewing of repositories. It is easy to use and includes a lot of different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Bug Genie?

The worst are translations, that do not keep up with the development of the application. We've found several translations that only work partially, mixing english and spanish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering The Bug Genie:

Is not as complete as 100% commercial solutions where there is a big team below the product, but it does its job and offers a myriad of possibilities/features to tailor it to your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Bug Genie solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using Trac and we wanted something more integrated, that could manage internal tickets/bugs with external clients (so we can had different POV, and use the tool as a ticketing system). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
