It is an easy tool to get up and running in your organization. It is easy for your recruiters to learn and our external clients LOVE it!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Applicant Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our clients are now able to login to TAM and rate the applicants because TAM created a secure portal. This is helpful when you have a search committee made up of 10-12 people. It cuts down on the time to determine who are the 'finalists' that can then be brought in for 'in-person' interviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
