I wish there was a way to "pin" important documents (such as blank applications) to the top of the Attachments section. That would be so handy because we have the same companies asking for blank applications and we have to search past several attachments to find them. The "search" option is very crucial, at this point. Also, when going back through emails, it would be better if they didn't jump back up to the top when you close one out.
