What do you like best about Thankly?

The combination of AI-powered gift suggestions and points-based redemption is brilliant. As a founder, I don’t have time to research gifts or track preferences, Thankly handles it. Employees get points and choose what suits them, but the AI also surfaces smart, relevant options that actually make the decision easier for them.

The built-in messaging and automated delivery make the experience feel personal without me needing to lift a finger. I can even include a custom message and brand it a bit, which make it look intentional, not templated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thankly?

Honestly? Just wish I’d started using it earlier. If I had to nitpick — the admin dashboard could be a bit more visual. But functionality-wise, it’s rock solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thankly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Thankly, showing appreciation meant juggling spreadsheets, vendor sites, and someone on the team manually managing logistics. Now? I automate the entire flow — birthdays, anniversaries, performance wins — all triggered and handled in the background. Our team still feels seen, and I get to stay focused on building the business.
