What do you like best about Thalamus AI?

Thalamus AI a Plus, as we spend quite some time pre-writing. We have used tools before where implementation meant getting logins, uploading content, and then figuring out the process ourselves. Thalamus AI was different. Thalamus AI success team spent time understanding our day-to-day RFP workflow and configured the stages around how we actually work.

For us that includes clarification questions, bid/no-bid criteria, service capability matching, technology checks, case study matching, and questionnaire responses. It is not just one big AI chat box. The platform has structured workflows, and the agents run against those workflows.

That has been important for our healthcare proposal process because we need repeatability. Different people can run the same RFP workflow and get a consistent starting point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thalamus AI?

The onboarding was a little heavier than expected. But in fairness, our process also had a lot of moving parts. Once configured, it made sense why the setup needed more detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thalamus AI solving and how is that benefiting you?
