What do you like best about Textedly?

The Textedly platform is very user friendly, particularly for someone who is new to group text messaging. The level of customer service surpassed my expectations and was deeply appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textedly?

I ran out of message credits due to length of messages and increased number of recipients I had to send to, so then I needed to buy more message credit. However, I appreciated that Textedly made that possible (to buy more message credits) without having to change our plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Textedly helped us solve the challenge of how to increase the communication to attendees during a multi-day conference. It allowed us to send out reminders of when certain activities were taking place and in what location.

For the attendees, it provided a smoother conference experience by being able to receive reminders and updates of the schedule right to their phones. It helped keep everyone on track and anticipate the next item on the schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
