I use Textdrip.com as an independent insurance broker to communicate with potential clients, and I find it to be a fast and convenient way to ensure a connection with them. I really like the customizable chats and send times, allowing me to personalize my messages so they don't sound robotic. This gives clients the impression they're really talking to a human, which is invaluable. The initial setup was very easy, which was a pleasant experience for me. I would love to be able to search messages that have been archived; however, currently, if the name or phone number is unknown, the archive is lost in the abyss. Occasionally, a message is archived by accident, and if I don't remember the name or phone number of the client, I have no way of finding the message again.
