What do you like best about Texada Software?

The end to end workflow is the best in this software. From the beginning of entering a contract to doing the receipts and close - the workflows are very smooth, fast and straightforward. The speed is commendable, where we can get the payment done on an invoice quickly while customers are present/on the phone. It takes just a few seconds. What do you dislike about Texada Software?

The only dislike I have is the Sales order invoices are not as simple and quick/easy to do. I have staff of an old admin who works part-time and it's not easy for her to understand and do it effortlessly. Need someone a bit tech-savvy/logical to perform the work order/sales order invoices. What problems is Texada Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using the system to do our daily close, which used to be manual and separate software for payments and separate for keeping track of our customers' data and yet another system for creating invoices. The biggest benefit with Texada SRM is the ease of use and all-in-one workflow from beginning to end provides time-saving and quick book closings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
