I have only just been introduced to some projects that are in flight so my view is new and limited to the current project. With this, I feel like there is a lot of potential with how you can craft and gain feedback by leveraging the Tetra Insights team. The platform itself is great. Very easy to add people, and transcripts and flow are very intuitive. The people are very professional and offer incredible guidance on the process. There are thorough check-ins to ensure expectations are being met. Some of the interviews conducted were better than others but I also feel like they were not deal breakers and a bit more refining on where to focus and dig in will result in great interviews for the remaining session.
