What do you like best about TESTRIQ QA LAB?

Our experience with TESTRIQ QA LAB came through the Cleverence certification process for Cleverence Inventory for Odoo.

What I liked was that they approached the assignment as an end-to-end technical exercise rather than simply checking individual functions. They set up the integration in Odoo Community 18, connected the Android warehouse application, and worked through the actual warehouse flows: synchronization, purchase receipts, deliveries, and cycle counting.

One particularly important point for us was verifying what happened in Odoo after operations were performed on the mobile device. TESTRIQ checked the resulting documents and stock quantities instead of looking only at the mobile side.

They also documented their findings and retested them before sign-off. Overall, the work was structured, technically competent, and easy for us to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TESTRIQ QA LAB?

Our work with TESTRIQ was limited to this specific certification assignment, so I would not want to generalize about every service they offer.

The process itself involved quite a lot of documentation and verification, but for a technical certification that level of detail is appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TESTRIQ QA LAB solving and how is that benefiting you?

For Cleverence, the objective was to verify that TESTRIQ could correctly deploy and work with Cleverence Inventory for Odoo in realistic warehouse scenarios.

They completed all five mandatory certification phases, and by final sign-off there were no failed, blocked, or open items remaining in the certification scope.
