**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

Tesorio’s UI is among the cleanest I’ve used in a finance tool. It feels modern and purpose-built, not like a legacy system that’s been patched together over time. Our team ramped up quickly because the workflows are intuitive and don’t come with a lot of training overhead.

The AI-powered features are where it really differentiates. Intelligent prioritization of collections tasks and automated customer communications turn what used to be manual, judgment-heavy work into a more systematic process. It consistently surfaces the right accounts at the right time, which has noticeably improved our team’s focus and overall output.

Performance has also been consistently strong. Pages load quickly, the platform has been reliable, and we haven’t experienced any meaningful downtime that disrupted our team’s workflow.

Integrations with NetSuite and Salesforce are a major reason Tesorio works so well for us. Our AR data flows in cleanly from NetSuite, and the Salesforce connection gives our collections team customer context without needing to constantly toggle between systems. For a company managing revenue across multiple business segments, having those three platforms connected has removed a lot of manual reconciliation and data chasing.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

Tesorio can surface custom fields from Salesforce and NetSuite, which is genuinely useful. The downside is that getting those fields configured requires going through support, rather than being something an admin can self-serve in the product. For a team that moves quickly and iterates often, having to open a ticket for what feels like a straightforward configuration change adds unnecessary friction. It’s not a dealbreaker, and support has been responsive when we’ve needed help, but giving admins more control over custom field mapping directly in the UI would be a meaningful improvement.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Tesorio, our AR process depended heavily on manual work—spreadsheets, ad hoc outreach, and a lot of institutional knowledge living in individuals’ heads. That led to inconsistency in how we communicated with customers and made it hard to give finance leadership a clear, real-time view of collections health.

Tesorio addressed those issues. Customer communications are now systematic and consistent: the right message goes to the right contact at the right time, without someone having to manage every step manually. Our collections team works from prioritized queues instead of rebuilding them from scratch each day, which has directly contributed to faster collections and a reduction in DSO.

For finance leadership, the improvement in visibility has been substantial. We can see aging, collection status, and cash flow projections in a way that previously required someone to pull and compile data by hand. Moving from reactive reporting to real-time insight has also changed how we discuss AR internally.

Overall, the result is a collections function that’s more efficient, more consistent, and more accountable—without adding headcount.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

I like Tesorio's dashboard and detailed AR tools. The dashboard provides a detailed report on our customer promised to pay invoices, customers at risk, Collected vs Forecast, Open AR Aging, and Overall collection Score. These tools help AR Specialists to work more effectively. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I don't like the lack of additional pre-built dashboard tools and AI support. It would be helpful to retrieve on-time data that we need on a daily basis and pull reports from our portfolio through AI.

**Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:**

As mentioned earlier, Tesorio is a good Cash Flow management tool that suits all types of Industries.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tesorio for cash collection forecasts, analyzing historical payment behavior, and tracking open invoices. The dashboard shows detailed reports on promises to pay and overall collection scores, helping AR specialists work efficiently.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

Tesorio automates accounts-receivable tasks like sending reminders, tracking invoices, and managing collections. Instead of chasing payments manually, the system runs workflows automatically. One of Tesorio’s biggest strengths is its cash flow forecasting and dashboards. It analyzes invoice and payment data to predict when money will arrive. Tesorio uses machine learning to analyze historical payment patterns and predict when customers will pay. Tesorio integrates with ERPs and CRMs like NetSuite, Salesforce, and other accounting systems. I like Tesorio also because it automates collections and prioritizes invoices, businesses can reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve liquidity. The Customer support of Tesorio is very good and very fast at responding. The implementation of Tesorio was very smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

The only areas I see where Tesorio can possibly improve is by Real-time syncing with ERP systems. Another common improvement area is data syncing speed. The sync delays between Tesorio and ERP systems, can slow down financial reporting and forecasting.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tesorio solves several major problems that finance teams face when managing accounts receivable (AR), collections, and cash flow. These problems mostly come from manual processes, poor visibility into payments, and slow collections. Tesorio helps with Automated payment reminders and follow-ups, Tesorio helps with smart collections workflows and this helps companies reduce DSO and collect payments faster. Tesorio Automates invoice tracking and collections, Tesorio automatically matches payments to invoices and Tesorio Reduces manual reconciliation work.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

Tesorio allows us to easily segment our customers for collections purposes, provide targeted communications, and effectively guide our workflows. A huge win is that our NetSuite integration runs flawlessly. 
Tesorio was super easy to implement and our CSM and Support are always super responsive when we have ongoing questions.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I'd appreciate a more frequent integration with NetSuite than 3 times per day – and being able to include pay links in our NetSuite invoices. 
Knowing which features are included versus not are sometimes difficult to figure out as well.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tesorio has allowed us to manage a larger client base without increasing headcount through automation, workflows, and streamlined communication. We are able to deliver a better, more consistent, more targeted collections cycle.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

Tesorio is easy to use and pretty straightforward, especially when it comes to searching for invoices. It saves a lot of time compared to manual tracking, and the search function is generally reliable. I also like the notes feature—it’s simple but really helpful for adding context or updates that the team can easily see. Overall, it supports daily tasks without being complicated.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

The system can feel a bit basic and sometimes slow, especially when handling a large volume of invoices. The interface could be more intuitive, and a few improvements in speed and navigation would make it more efficient. It works, but there’s definitely room for enhancement to make the experience smoother.

Tesorio helps solve the hassle of manually searching for invoices and keeping track of updates across different records. Instead of going through multiple files or systems, everything is in one place, making it easier to find specific invoices quickly. It also addresses the need for clear communication by allowing users to add notes directly to invoices, so important details or follow-ups don’t get lost.

It saves me time during daily tasks since I can quickly search and access invoice information without digging around. The notes feature also helps me stay organized and keeps everyone on the same page, especially when working with a team. Overall, it makes the workflow more efficient and reduces the chances of missing important details.

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

I really enjoy all of the separate controls Tesorio provides; Building my own dashboard and workspaces, tagging and notation. It feels incredibly user friendly. I also really like that it saves selections between pages, a small detail but makes a huge difference when trying to work through lists.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I dont like that when invoices are cleared the history of what happened with that invoice, including notes also feels like it gets cleared. I wish that notes were saved at a higher level so if you looked into the customer account it would show you a history of previous notes on the invoice level rather than only the customer level. This is helpful in credit authorization tasks.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tesorio is helping in the day to day operations, helping smooth workflows and expedite processes.

I love the dashborads, I like that you can customize reports with columns and filters that you need

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

The fact that You cannot customize the width of the columns and have it remain as it is, the fact that you cannot assign the same email for 2 customer numbers, even though sometimes it does concern 1 or more customers. Also when invoices in an email correspond to more than 1 customers, the email remains unassigned to any (should be assigned to at least one). Rather slow in opening attachments or searching for invoice numbers

**What do you like best about Tesorio?**

The layout is visually appealing, and the interface is easy to navigate. I like that we can automatically interface our invoices from NetSuite.

**What do you dislike about Tesorio?**

I don’t like the filter feature because it opens a separate box, and then I have to dig around to find what I need. It would be easier to use the column headings as filters.

**What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows management to see at a glance where we are with collections. This way, they can focus on the ones that stand out.
I like that it's our go-to place for notes and comments on our outstanding accounts, vs having notes on each individual account.

Dashboard gives oversight of whole outstanding balance for quick review. When any other team member updates something for my assigned customer or invoice then it get notified about the change which is very useful.
