What do you like best about Tesorio?

I use Tesorio for reconciliation and payment tracking because it connects to the ERP system to match payments, reduce outstanding balances, and facilitate accounting closings. I like the configurable automation, and the communication flows and templates are customizable, allowing me to adapt them to internal and regional policies. I also love the action dashboard and impact-based prioritization. The combination of contact automation and scoring results in a reduction of the time spent on collections. For the initial integration, we used native connectors to synchronize invoices, payments, and clients, and everything went well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

Templates and rules need to be improved according to the region, this would facilitate their adoption worldwide. I'm referring to language, date format, and legal compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
