What do you like best about Terret.ai?

Engagement score / risk for individual deals.

Incredibly responsive slack / support times (including real resolutions).

Constant stream of new, relevant, impactful features that help my front-line reps, managers, and execs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Terret.ai?

Waiting for their 'Forecast Risk' AI to kick in for the deals. But I'm sure it will be good once we are through the waiting period.

Difficulty associating activity when a partner is heavily / primary involved in a deal.

I wish there were better admin tools such as the ability to log in as a user, or the ability to add filters myself. This issue is less painful thanks to their very responsive support + CS team, but still I'd rather just be able to do it myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Terret.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eliminating via GoogleDocs / Excel with Sales Management.

Allowing Sales Rep to submit weekly Forecasts.

Giving Sales Management & Execs insights into Risk Scores for deals in the pipeline, with the ability to investigate and fix.

Producing pipeline waterfall charts to see how the pipeline has changed over the past X days / weeks / months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
