User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Support and Strong ROI **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Erick T. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026 **What do you like best about Teramind?** The reason I chose Teramind over other systems is because the platform is very user-friendly and easy to use. Furthermore, the customer support is excellent: you get responses from real people, not just a bot, and they're almost always online. Regarding cost-benefit, during the time I've used Teramind, we've detected more than five users misusing or falsifying actions on their computers, so the return on investment is clear. I also appreciate that, for an additional fee, video call storage lasts for a full year. Finally, the AI ​​integration (OMNI) has made detecting fraudulent activity on devices much easier, so I can rest assured that users aren't misusing the equipment in that way. **What do you dislike about Teramind?** I chose Teramind over other systems because the platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. On top of that, the customer support is excellent—you get timely responses from real people, not just a bot. That said, while I don’t think it’s entirely Teramind’s fault, it feels like development for Apple devices has stagnated. For example, it doesn’t record audio on those devices, and several features don’t work properly on macOS. You also have to stay very vigilant and check daily that Teramind is still running on your Apple devices, since it can stop working due to permission issues. **What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without a doubt, the biggest benefit Teramind has brought to our company is that it makes it difficult for users to falsify information or carry out fraudulent activity on company devices. This, in turn, helps us better monitor and manage each user’s performance. ### 2. This is an integral part of our security setup and I am confident their team is capable of resolving any issue I experience no matter the severity. **What do you dislike about Teramind?** I have no particular qualms with anything Teramind related. They don't force us into the cloud, their software has good UX design and they don't hamfist AI features into their platform like 99% of the industry. I almost stopped writing this review because of G2's ai slopification is getting on my nerves for example, I don't have to worry about that with Teramind because they aren't run by incompetent people, unlike G2. **What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teramind is an integral part of our security environment, we're obliged to extreme security standards due to our business in the film industry and Teramind and we've leveraged more and more of Teramind's features over time. ### 3. We are able to set URL's as productive or unproductive and it really helps give you a quick overview. I can also see if employee's are taking time off and not requesting it off. There are many features that make it helpful as the rules can cover so many items to quickly alert when triggered. ### 4. It allows us to see exactly what is going on in real time, which is really nice and helps us to ensure employees are working effectively. Additionally, it has been a very useful tool in troubleshooting issues that employees sometimes can't describe, providing more in-depth insights. **What do you dislike about Teramind?** Sometimes support can be a little slow to respond when we've had issues, which can be frustrating. We also haven't had really good success on Macs. Even when we follow the instructions, Mac security defaults are really hard to manage, especially if you're trying to install the Stealth client. **What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Teramind to track employee productivity and troubleshoot issues effectively. It helps see deeper problems employees might not articulate, making it a very useful tool. ### 5. The initial setup was also very user-friendly as long as the device has a decent internet connection speed. **What do you dislike about Teramind?** There are some features missing, as I've already submitted a ticket for additional feature requests. For example, there are apps for emails that are not being tracked on the Teramind activity. **What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Teramind for security and tracking employee activity.
