What do you like best about Teramind?

Teramind gives us absolute transparency on how our users are utilizing our endpoints without having to look over their shoulder, so to speak. We use it for post-mortem analysis after an incident has occurred, which is not the main use-case for this, but it works great for it. The reporting tools are super easy to use as well. What do you dislike about Teramind?

There is not yet 1:1 feature parity between the "Legacy" user interface and the modern user interface, something which most reasonable developers would address before moving the new UI to production. But since they maintain access to the Legacy UI, it's not actually all that big of a deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve successfully used Teramind to investigate instances of policy violations, including an incident where an employee was running an unrelated business using corporate resources. We primarily use Teramind for after-the-fact reconstruction, so we can piece together what happened during whatever incident we’re investigating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
