End-to-end hardware lifecycle management. It brings procurement, zero-touch provisioning, repairs, offboarding, storage, redeployment, and even buyback together in a single platform, instead of forcing IT teams to coordinate across multiple vendors.
Global reach. Supporting hardware operations in 180+ countries through local partners is a major advantage for distributed companies, and it removes a lot of the customs and cross-border shipping headaches.
Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot integration. Having devices enrolled before they arrive means employees can receive managed devices from day one, with minimal IT involvement.
Good API and automation potential. This is especially valuable because it lets companies integrate Tequipy with ITSM platforms like Jira, automate asset assignments, sync inventory, and build custom workflows rather than relying on manual processes.
Asset visibility. Keeping purchase details, serial numbers, ownership, location, condition, and full lifecycle history in one place makes audits and day-to-day asset management much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there are logistics issues, but the Tequipy team is always ready to help and find alternative solutions. Overall, there isn’t much I can complain about, because every problem is discussed openly and evaluated fairly. What I appreciate is that they don’t repeat the same mistakes: if something goes wrong, it’s usually a new situation, and in 90% of cases it won’t happen again.
