I find TenTenor easy to use, and I like the interface. It captures meeting insights, ranks meetings, shows how people are following EOS values, and gives me ways to improve. It helps me keep track of to-dos and commitments from Level 10 and other meetings, and it can coach me on following the EOS methodology and show how I’ve contributed positively to a meeting. I like that meeting recaps mean I don’t have to take manual notes, and I can quickly find past recaps and to-dos to prepare for my next Level 10. The key takeaways show trends across meetings and suggest activities I can prioritize for the next quarter to help fill gaps and move my department forward. I also find setup very easy: I connect a user to Zoom, and TenTenor records meetings and adds the scoring. It’s a useful tool for keeping an eye on meetings, recaps, to-dos, and recommendations, even without using EOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I find the meeting-scoring algorithm a little confusing. I might feel like I had a really great meeting, but it only gets a 7. I try to take the notes on how to improve into account at the next meeting, but it doesn’t seem like the score changes. I think a little more insight into the algorithm would help.
