What problems is Tengo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tengo were responsible for implementing our Salesforce environment and now provide ongoing support and maintenance as part of a Managed Service. Since implementing Salesforce in our organization, we have experienced a marked improvement in the management of our clients, volunteers and beneficiaries. The system has been essential to record and maintain effective monitoring of all interactions and activities related to our social work. The Salesforce platform has provided us with a comprehensive solution to manage our database, which has allowed us to optimize our internal processes and have a clearer and more complete vision of our operations.
