I like that TenancyIQ provides a one-stop shop for managing all aspects of tenancy admin, including tax returns, rent, management, and maintenance. I don’t need to switch between various systems or manage spreadsheets and notepads for maintaining a rental. It’s very easy to use, easy to navigate, and very customer-friendly. It reduces the admin I have to spend looking for various data, provides ready-to-use notices, and has helpers on each feature. It provides a lot of automation and built-in AI support, and the import feature from MyRent made setup very easy.
