What do you dislike about Tempo Power BI Connector for Jira?

The first time you define a data source configuration can be a bit difficult, since you have to understand well the data relations, especially since we use several linked data like Jira Service Management issues and Jira assets. Once you define a configuration it becomes easier, since we also start from a reference and can refine the configuration to our liking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tempo Power BI Connector for Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Power BI is very flexible in terms of creating a custom report, and the Tempo connector allows us to get all the information we need from Jira for a proper validation. We found the Jira export features a bit limited (e.g. the export formats, the way to retrieve the information) so the Tempo connector was a great improvement in terms of getting the information in an easier and faster way. Also the integration with Power Bi Desktop is very good, since the data can be synchronised very fast, and once we have the connector properly configured, we forget about it and we just update the information in Power BI Desktop to create the validation reports.
