What do you like best about TempBuddy?

It gets you right in the hands of your W2 Staffing Employees. You can publish work orders and get requests for assignment right through the app. Also allows for transparency to end-clients on who is working, who is onsite, hours, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TempBuddy?

Quite honestly didn't have much to dislike. As an early adopter of the product we did run into some issues, but they quickly resolved these and improved the experience overall. The biggest pain point would be for those that don't have data or have mobile devices that support the mobile application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TempBuddy:

Make sure you talk to them about your business model and understand how it fits into your process. It was a great fit for us, but you will want to make sure you can align your processes (especially if you have a separate applicant tracking system). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TempBuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting work orders filled faster, provide transparency, and it's a timekeeping solution. They provide an onboarding solution and you can use it as your front office, but we did not need to do this as we had a separate ATS. Great search and matching functionality for matching talent against work orders. Clients love the app as they can see who is running late. Employees love the app as they can see what work orders they can raise their hand for. Recruiters and Staffers like the app due to it's ease of use and additional proficiencies.
