What do you like best about TELUS Trade Promotion Management?

It is very ease to use and also very structured.I really like how it consolidates everything from initial trade planning to claims and settlements into a single user friendly platform. Previously we used to manually cross refer retailer clearing bills but now system automatically matches deductions based on the events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TELUS Trade Promotion Management?

Importing historical data from old Excel files into the platform is quite difficult. The file upload system needs precise formatting. When an error happens, the troubleshooting messages are often unclear, making the user rely on trial and error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
