Affordable and Great customer service I have been a client with Telnyx for many years and I have a great experience with them. Telnyx makes it easier to get phone numbers without the A2P process that might take days to accomplish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside with Telnyx is to make sure you get a quick easy solution instead of tech support keeping you on hold. I had a situation with a softphone which took all day to complete. One tech agent had me on hold for long periods after I mentioned I wanted to get the phone connected as soon as possible for business. Instead, the same tech rep told me a quicker solution to make the calls, which should have been mentioned from the start to save time. But when I called tech support after leaving a message, the rep called back the same day, which is a plus, and they were very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
