What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

Telnyx offers a reliable service, they are customer focused and extremely helpful when and if we need their assistance with troubleshooting an issue. I love the portal and how easy it is to spin up a new trunk, setup a fail over or make changes to DID features. The porting and purchasing of DIDs process is pretty straight forward and easy to use. What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS?

What problems is Telnyx CPaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tools and level of self service provided through Telnyx's portal are a great time saver and helped me a lot when testing a new solution or a new product.
