I looked at 312 systems, deeply vetting 32 (with trial accounts and/or demos), and this by far was the very best system, and the only system that had everything I needed. It's phenomenal, as an ATS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tellent Recruitee? The data in reporting doesn't seem to be perfect. There are certain reports I pull that don't seem quite right. Also, occasionally when they release a new feature it breaks something. However, they have great proactive communication and always fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Tellent Recruitee: There is absolutely no comparison to any other system. The features surprise and delight me on an ongoing basis. Radical transparency and collaboration with clients. Extremely configurable roles. Data that allows me to make smart decisions -- e.g. being able to see at a glance the number of each tag for all disqualified candidates (e.g. xx candidates requested salaries over the what the budget allows, xx have poor writing skills, etc.), or conversions this week were up xx% so the changes we made to the posting likely increased the number of people who wanted to apply after reading the ad, etc. Two way email sync. Scheduling. Email templates. Efficiency in process. Ability to provide more to clients. Intuitive design.
