I like that Tellent Recruitee is designed for growing companies, not for very large companies. I also love that the interface is very easy and very intuitive, which facilitates the workflow with candidates. I love that the platform is visual, allowing you to change the status of candidates and give the team visibility on where they are. I think I like the reports part but I would like to see more comprehensive reports, to be able to generate more data, I think that would be a part. And also, I don't think that would be all, just the reports part. I understand that, well, with the LinkedIn connection it's not so good, but we use it, I mean, we have a connection with LinkedIn, and it's the only platform it's integrated with.
