What do you like best about Tellent Recruitee?

What I like most about G2 Tellent Recruitee is how intuitive and user-friendly it feels. It makes the recruitment process much more organised overall, from creating job postings and tracking candidates to collaborating smoothly with the hiring team. I also appreciate that it keeps everything in one place, which saves time and makes it easier to keep candidates moving through the hiring process efficiently. What do you dislike about Tellent Recruitee?

One area that could be improved is the depth of integrations and how seamlessly some third-party tools connect with Recruitee. The platform is generally easy to use, but some workflows can take a little time to set up or require manual steps. I’d also like to see more advanced AI features and automation to reduce repetitive recruitment tasks.

From a performance perspective, the platform is generally reliable, although there can occasionally be some slower loading when working with larger candidate pools. Pricing can also become a consideration as the team or hiring volume grows, so additional flexibility around plans and features would be helpful.
