I also think the interface could offer more customization options for meeting layouts and branding. Another area for improvement is meeting customization. Giving hosts more control over layouts, branding, waiting rooms, and participant permissions would help organizations create a more personalized and professional meeting experience. The main reasons it doesn’t get a 10 are that it could still improve in areas like advanced collaboration features, deeper integrations with other tools, and more customization options for larger meetings or webinars.
