There is not much to dislike regarding the platform. Though there are always areas of improvement in every platform, Telebreeze has done a great job in maintaining several areas of the platform. The improvement I would say personally is the ability to automate licenses renewal on servers instead of having a support ticket, which would create a better automated process.
