The client organization generates invoices through Dynamics 365 CRM, and their customers' payments are pushed into the Business Central system. Reconciling multiple invoices into a single payment was a challenge for the client organization. Each payment has its unique number, and manually matching them against bank statements was even more complex, effortless, and time-consuming. TechWize investigated the client's financial and operational challenges to create detailed technical requirements for developing a custom application. This application was developed to successfully build a Day-end process for reconciling payments processed from the CE/CRM system into the Business Central system leveraging payment reference linked to each payment received from CE/CRM.
