Communication has been great; we never feel like we have to chase them down. We get real answers, not runaround. They keep us in the loop. And a few times now they've flagged things proactively — potential issues we hadn't even noticed yet — which is not something you see from most consulting partners. Do not hesitate to work with them. They know their stuff. They don't pretend to know something when they don't. If they don't know, they will be up front. They are methodical in their approach. What problems is Techfino solving and how is that benefiting you?

We hired Techfino to help us get more out of an underperforming NetSuite instance, and honestly it's been a great experience. They're guiding us through improving both the functionality available to us and how we actually use it day-to-day — which is exactly what we needed. They didn't come in with a cookie-cutter approach; they actually learned how our business works before they started building, which made a big difference in the quality of what they delivered. They have enough people that they have been able to find someone to assist us with each feature where we've needed help.
