The ease of use! I know computers but I don't know design. Tech Site Builder does it all for me. It includes not just the design, but the hosting. All the stuff is customized to things computer repair business owners need in web design. It's designed for both break-fix shops as well as MSPs. It even has clip-art and sections relevant to computer repair businesses. I also love the support and flexibility. It's based on Wordpress and they handle all the security and plug-ins. They're very accommodating to custom requests. When you're completely stuck, they have a concierge service (I didn't try) that does everything for you. I'd like to pay more than a year at a time. I know there are 2 months free when you buy one year, but I'd love to pay long-term to front-load expenses on certain years. I'd also like more package deals with Tech Blog Builder and the concierge service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
