As well as multiple channels (based on countries and organizational units), the app enables only relevant information to be shared with interested parties. By posting comments, photos, and short videos in the form of well-deserved praise, users can express how they feel by saying "Well done" or "Like.". There is an integrated directory that allows employees to find "similar" professionals within BAT and contact them, ensuring that individuals from diverse backgrounds can share their knowledge and experiences.
