## Teamwork.com Reviews
 ### 1. Reliable Solution for Team Collaboration and Task Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soumyajit B. | Jr. Product Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

What I like best about Teamwork.com is its well-structured project management system combined with an intuitive and user-friendly interface. It makes it easy to organize tasks, set priorities, and track progress across multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed.

The platform stands out for its strong collaboration features, allowing team members to communicate, share files, and stay aligned in real time. The ability to assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor performance helps ensure accountability and keeps projects moving forward efficiently.

Additionally, the integrations with other tools and the customizable workflows make it flexible enough to adapt to different business needs. Overall, Teamwork.com helps improve productivity, transparency, and team coordination in a very streamlined way.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

While Teamwork.com is a strong project management tool, there are a few areas where it could improve. One limitation is that it does not fully support a complete product development lifecycle, particularly for teams following Agile methodologies. Features like sprint planning, user story management, and epic tracking are not as robust compared to dedicated Agile tools.

Additionally, the platform is primarily focused on task and subtask management. While it allows basic tracking of issues or bugs, it lacks more advanced capabilities such as structured backlog management and detailed bug lifecycle workflows.

Another area for improvement is the lack of customizable workflows for specific tickets or processes. This can make it difficult to adapt the tool to more complex or organization-specific workflows.

Finally, in many industry-standard Agile environments, teams are accustomed to working with story points for estimation rather than time-based estimates. Teamwork.com leans more toward hour-based estimation, which may not align well with teams using Agile estimation practices.

Addressing these areas would significantly enhance its usability for development teams and make it a more comprehensive solution.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork.com helps solve key challenges around project organization, team collaboration, and visibility across ongoing work. Before using it, managing multiple projects and tracking progress across teams was fragmented, often leading to missed deadlines and lack of clarity on responsibilities.

With Teamwork.com, we are able to centralize tasks, assign clear ownership, and set deadlines, which significantly improves accountability and workflow transparency. The platform makes it easier to monitor project progress in real time, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

It also enhances team collaboration by providing a shared space for communication, file sharing, and updates, reducing the need for scattered tools and long email threads. As a result, our team has become more organized, productive, and aligned, leading to better project delivery and more efficient use of time.

What I like most about Teamwork.com is how it brings project execution together with real business outcomes—like time tracking and billing—in one place. Teamwork's ability to help with organizational structure, team alignment, and user-friendly task management and organizational tools enables teams to work together seamlessly. This allows for fast and easy task assignment, project tracking, and communication with others in one single program, so an effective workflow and better worker productivity are possible with Teamwork. Teamwork is an ideal way for improving the management of multi-dimensional projects.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

While Teamwork.com is a powerhouse, it might be very overwhelming to new users since it consists of so many features and settings. The interface is detailed but might take some time to learn. Some integrations could go smoother, and there is occasional performance lag with large projects. Great overall, but comes with a slight learning curve.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork.com solves several problems associated with project management, communication, and accountability for projects. Project-related activities, deadlines, and group conversations are managed in a central location, which helps to avoid confusion and missed communications. ### 4. Teamwork Supercharges Our Agency Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher F. | Group Lead, Search Engine Optimization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork is an impressive project management platform that powers our agency. I use it every day to manage my team's tasks, review deadlines, steps in various project approval processes, and manage day-to-day work so I can stay on task and see top priority projects and progress happening each week. It's easy to navigate, has new AI features we've been experimenting with, and I love the desktop app and how fluid it is to use. Templates have been profoundly useful to recurring tasks, and I love the kanban board features too. I've also heard from our PM team that the customer support has been top-notch when issues arise, or team members have questions that represent a wide spectrum of usage on the platform. Overall, it keeps us going, and we are getting a ton out of it.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Not much, though sometimes it can be tough to hunt down a specific project or task, or sort through a large Teamwork project with many different task lists, however the search features do alleviate this issue somewhat. It was a bit tricky and time-consuming to get all our teams onboarded, and the email reminders can get excessive unless deliberately managed and culled down via personal settings.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork helps solve the problem of managing multiple media channels, and associated project deadlines, and building full visibility into campaigns and projects through all levels of our organization. It helps us keep projects running, and manage client work, prioritize, set effective deadlines, and streamline communication.

 ### 5. Intuitive Interface, Great took to manage cross-functional commercialization projects

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Athena H. | Head of Commercialization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I use Teamwork.com to manage cross-functional commercialization projects across various departments. I appreciate its ability to track timelines, owners, and dependencies in one place, which keeps our launches aligned and on schedule. The platform improves visibility across teams and reduces follow-ups and misalignment. I like how intuitive the interface is; it gives our team strong visibility into project status, allowing us to stay aligned and move launches forward efficiently. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Some reporting and dashboard views could be more flexible for executive-level visibility across multiple projects.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Teamwork.com to manage cross-functional projects, centralizing timelines and dependencies. It improves team visibility and keeps launches aligned, reducing follow-ups and misalignment.

 ### 6. Effortless Project Clarity and Outstanding Support with Teamwork.com

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

What I like best about Teamwork.com is how effortlessly it helps me manage and visualise my team’s capacity and overall project health. The platform gives me complete clarity on workload, timelines, and progress, which has massively improved how we plan and deliver projects.

I also really value the finance section, having clear, easy-to-understand visibility of project budgets and financial performance is exactly what I need to keep everything on track.

The automations are another standout feature. Even as a non-technical user, I find them extremely intuitive and time-saving.

And finally, the support team is exceptional. Their responsiveness and willingness to help is second to none.

Overall, Teamwork.com gives me confidence, clarity, and efficiency, and I’d recommend it to any business looking for a project management platform that works brilliantly right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

There isn’t much I actively dislike about Teamwork.com, but there are a couple of areas where small improvements would make a great product even better. Some of the more advanced features take a little time to discover, and a few parts of the interface could be even more streamlined to reduce clicks. Occasionally, certain views feel slightly limited in how much you can customise them, especially when trying to tailor reporting for different stakeholders.

That said, none of these are blockers, and the support team is always incredibly quick and helpful whenever I need guidance. Overall, the positives heavily outweigh any minor frustrations.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork.com has solved one of our biggest challenges: gaining clear, real-time visibility into our team’s capacity and the overall health of our projects. Before using it, it was difficult to understand workload distribution, identify bottlenecks early, or confidently forecast delivery timelines. Teamwork now brings all of that into one place, making planning far more accurate and reducing the risk of projects slipping.

 ### 8. Teamwork Makes Team Collaboration Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork makes it easy to collaborate as a team on big and small projects. The integrated chat is great, but it crashes often.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

The platform is so big with so many features that it can be easy to get lost inside it. And it can be difficult to make sure every team member is using it the same. When there are so many options, everyone tends to use it a little differently, which can lead to projects being unorganized and miscommunication.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork makes working together as a remote team pretty seamless.

 ### 9. Effortless Time and Cost Management with Teamwork.com

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhamad K. | Full Stack, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I love how Teamwork.com helps in reviewing all of the tasks, tracking them down one by one, and assigning them to specific developers or team members. It also helps in time tracking, allowing me to start a timer when I get a task and stop it once completed, which I find really useful. I really appreciate the cost management features, where I can track costs associated with the time spent on tasks. This is super helpful for budget management, as I can see how much money has been spent on a task and how much time it has taken. I also like that it's totally easy to set up. You just log in and start working right away. Plus, its integration with Slack is really beneficial for us, making collaboration smoother.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

I have different tasks that have been assigned to me. But there is a separation between tasks that have been completed and the tasks that are assigned to me, and I cannot look at them at the same time. I can add a filter on it to see which tasks are completed, but at the same time, I cannot see tasks that are assigned to me but haven't started working on them.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Teamwork.com for reviewing tasks, tracking assignments per developer, and ensuring accurate time tracking. It helps with cost management by associating time tracking with costs, so I can analyze expenditure per task effectively.

 ### 10. Good tool for Client Communication and Resource Planning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mansoor K. | Business Analyst II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork is a good place to handle client communications and to save relevant documentation without involving the internal team. The task dependencies, time tracking, and workload management features are especially helpful for resource planning.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

The mobile app's performance could use some improvement, as it sometimes lags when handling large projects. Additionally, the pricing may become a bit costly for expanding teams, particularly when there is a need for advanced features.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork enables us to manage projects more efficiently by simplifying execution, accurately tracking billable hours, and keeping cross-functional teams in sync. With well-defined task assignments and deadlines, we experience fewer communication gaps and smoother project delivery. The time-tracking and workload management features have greatly enhanced our forecasting accuracy and overall resource planning

 ### 11. Streamlined Planning with Robust Collaboration Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shonisane M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I use Teamwork.com for planning as a traffic manager, and it's greatly helped me with planning, prioritizing, and collaboration across departments. I love the option to assign and re-assign tasks, and choosing who gets notified instead of sending a message to everyone. Timesheets and pulling reports are very handy, and I appreciate being able to tag everyone. Creating a robust system for setting priorities and deadlines works best with the table view, and the board view lets me move work into different workflows, which helps me group tasks efficiently. Teamwork shows exactly what everyone is working on and their capacity, creating clear task deadlines, dependencies, and reminders. It links comments, files, feedback, and approvals to tasks, and I can instantly see what's complete, overdue, or needs approval. Every change is recorded, and the reminders and notifications feature is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

When you go to planning, it doesn't really show people's tasks, it's supposed to pick up what's assigned to who and then that should reflect and count the hours, there's no other options for me to manually do it, when I do it, it creates a new task which causes a confusion because it's a duplicate, there should be a way to show task under planning same way as Jira (Tempo board) it's there but I don't think it's working as it should. Not too hectic, the challenge was the people not wanting to figure it out, so we had to do a mini training for the team.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Teamwork.com to improve planning, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across departments. It offers visibility on workloads, defines clear deadlines, manages responsibilities, and consolidates communication. It's easier than Jira for me with features like timesheet reporting and workflow tracking.

 ### 12. Intuitive Project Management, Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sammi F. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I find Teamwork.com very intuitive and easy to use. I like adding tasks with due dates for team members, as it really helps organize projects. Setting it up was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Notifications can get out of hand. Finding a way to make them look different by priority in inbox would be helpful.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Teamwork.com for organizing projects, delegating tasks, and staying on schedule, which helps in assigning tasks with due dates and keeping track of everything.

 ### 13. Intuitive Planning and Tracking, Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I really appreciate the workload planner view in Teamwork.com. It provides clear visibility into my team's workload, upcoming capacity, and all the tasks they are assigned. This feature is invaluable for traffic management as it ensures that I can plan capacity effectively and track work in progress with ease. The single source of truth for projects and tasks that Teamwork.com offers is incredibly useful. Additionally, even though I was not part of the initial setup of Teamwork.com, I am currently undertaking some re-configuration as part of a freelance contract and have found the platform to be very intuitive for the most part. I would also like to give a special shout out to the support team, and Chris Foster in particular. I have been bowled over by how pro-active, responsive and helpful the support team have been in looking into any functionality problems that have arisen and answering my queries on system set up. I have worked across multiple project management softwares in the past and I have never encountered such incredible support offered by any support team previously. This is honestly one of the biggest selling points to me.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

I'd like to see the reporting functionalities of Teamwork.com expanded, as they lack the customization and flexibility of some competitors. For example, allowing reporting based on filters across 'all time,' would allow far greater freedom to build customised reports that would be beneficial to us.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Teamwork.com for capacity planning, tracking work in progress, and as a single source of truth for projects and tasks, enhancing team workload visibility and planning.

 ### 14. Simple, Organized Team System with an Easy Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Simple interface and organized system for teams.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

1. Steep learning curve and complexity
Many users find the interface and the deep feature set overwhelming at first, especially for smaller teams or for people who are new to project management tools. The more advanced features can also take a while to learn, set up, and configure properly.

2. Performance issues and sluggishness
When managing larger projects with lots of tasks, data, or users, the platform can start to feel slow or laggy. Reviewers mention longer load times, occasional glitches, and a generally less responsive experience at scale.

3. Pricing and plan limitations
Some users feel the pricing structure is confusing, and that important features are locked behind higher-tier plans. Certain limits (such as budget counts) or the need to contact a sales team to upgrade can be frustrating, particularly for small businesses.

4. Interface and usability quirks
Even though it’s powerful, the layout isn’t always intuitive. Menus can hide key features, search and navigation can feel clunky, and the UI may come across as dated compared with sleeker competitors.

5. Notification overload
Teams sometimes complain about receiving too many notifications, and that they’re not always easy to manage or customize.

6. Mobile experience limitations
The mobile app is generally less capable than the desktop version, which can leave on-the-go users wanting more.

7. Occasional software bugs and reliability issues
There are reports of bugs such as comments or posting features not working consistently, along with inconsistent behavior in reporting.

 ### 19. Frustrating Setup Experience with No Realized Benefits

**Reviewed by:** Steve B.

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I do not like anything about the platform.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

I find the setup process for Teamwork.com incredibly difficult. We have been subscribed for nine months and are still in the setup stage, unable to actually use the platform. The configuration required is significantly more than what Teamwork had initially led us to believe, creating substantial delays. The communication from Teamwork's support team has been inconsistent, often taking weeks to respond, which disrupts the continuity of our implementation efforts. As a result, we have not realized any benefits from the service thus far. I believe the company oversells their solution, not accurately representing the extended, costly, and time-consuming setup process. It would be better if the implementation phase were free until the software is ready for use, as I have been paying for the service without any actual usage. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I would not recommend Teamwork.com.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is not benefitting us in any way

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I like that Teamwork.com provides clear visibility into every project with easy task tracking and time management. Its intuitive layout and collaboration tools make teamwork smoother, helping everyone stay aligned and productive without constant check-ins.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

I dislike that Teamwork.com can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of its many features and settings. Some integrations also require extra setup, which can slow down adoption for new teams.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork.com solves the problem of scattered communication and unclear task ownership. It helps me keep projects organized, track progress in real time, and ensure accountability — making collaboration more transparent and efficient.

 ### 26. Total Project Visibility For Our Team

 ### 27. Teamwork Features Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Revenue Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

1. Billable Targets Hit
Through full adoption of the Teamwork platform, we were able to improve upon and ultimately meet our billable targets by the end of Q3.
Better usage of the platform and a focus on “Teamwork first” trainings for new employees led to better tracking of our team’s work.
Managers were able to more accurately assess their team’s logs and adjust behaviors as needed.

2. Forms Usage
Our team has leveraged Teamwork forms to create seamless automation across crucial business functions.
Internally, we have used forms to create tasks for repetitive work and processes - significantly enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
We have used forms externally with select customers to enable them to provide information to initiate work when they do not have a dedicated team to communicate with.

3. Shareable Filtered Views
Being able to share filtered views has cut down on the confusion between team members when evaluating time logs, tasks, etc.
We have created custom views for “Hygiene Checks” to allow managers to review their team’s work and adjust any incorrect logs.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

1. Scheduler Load Times - Data can take a long time to load (such as the logged time percentage) and refreshes / changes when scrolling through the list. This disrupts visibility and makes the use of the tool quite limited with “in the moment” assessments.

2.Bulk Editing Limitations - Bulk Editing is only available in (or has limited functionality) in some views. When editing large groups of tasks, you are forced to load all tasks on the screen first (scrolling to the bottom and clicking Load More) before being able to bulk edit them.

3.Company Holidays - Each year, one member on the team manually adds company holidays as Unavailable Time for all users. Any new users after that must add the dates themselves. We expect the ability to set certain dates as automatically unavailable for all users.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our team and customers grow, we need software to help automate processes and provide efficiencies in tasks we continue to execute. Teamwork offers a robust solution to streamline project management, optimize task allocation, and improve visibility into workflows, enabling our team to focus on delivering value to our customers. With features like task templates, utilization tracking, and automation capabilities, Teamwork can scale with our evolving needs and drive greater productivity across our operations

Winning Features
1.Integrated time tracking + robust workload, forecasting, and bandwidth reporting
2.Task dependencies with ability to shift entire project timeline at once
3.Multiple assignees for full team collaboration

And it like that everything in one place. it gives you to create custom workflows and built in communication tools save us from constantly switching between apps. And also it easily integrates with other tools like Slack and Google Drive. User interface is so smooth users can navigate easily. My experience is awesome

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork helps us keep projects on track, manage workloads across the team. It gives us a clear view of who's working on what, so nothing slips through the cracks. Having all tasks, deadlines, and communication in one place makes collaboration easier and keeps everyone aligned

 ### 30. Teamwork runs our whole business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreea B. | CMO and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork keeps our team organized and productive. The home screen becomes everyone's first stop to know what's needed and the priorities. The connection with Quickbooks works well too for paying the team and invoicing clients. It's great at managing budgets - it's our go to for keeping us from overspending. Their support team is so responsive. Anytime there's a bug they fix it same day often or next day at worst.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

The UX is a bit clunky but you can get it used to it. An example, I prefer table view but its hard to move task lists in that view so I have to go to List view to move task lists and then back to Table view to manage the project.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our agency, tasks and team productivity

 ### 31. It helps our projects run smoothly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marek R. | Java Developer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I no longer squander time on my assignments since we started working together, which has tremendously helped me to keep focused on them. Features I enjoy include its simple, distraction-free design, open work allocation and team progress visibility. Furthermore, everything is consolidated which makes it simple for us to log hours for each project, provides productivity tracking and future workload estimation. Projects are his primary concentration with us; he is particularly helpful with tasks distribution, dependency building, and progress visualization (using Kanban boards and Gantt charts).

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

The personalizing choices of the panels are not as flexible as I had planned. As developers, we followed a specific flow; some perspectives didn't really fit.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork helps us to monitor our sprints, technical chores, problems and implementations. With assignments and clearly defined due dates, the modules offer a framework for every project. This helps every developer to understand their particular responsibilities, the people whose success depends on their work and how their contribution adds to the whole picture. For every software capability, tasks and sub-tasks are arranged based on dates and responsibilities. For interdepartmental coordination—that is, QA and design—we utilize Gantt charts; for weekly development iterations, we use Kanban boards.

 ### 32. User friendly project management software

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I like that I can use a template for the tasks that I do. Most of them undergo the same process so I basically use a template whenever I have to enter a task and set deadlines for them.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Even if the tasks are already completed, they seem to appear in the active projects/task list

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shows the projects that I am working on in a given period of time and it helps to manage them well. If I had to reprioritise projects, I can easily set aside the ones I am working on, change deadlines and work on the urgent tasks.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** yagmur s. | IG & Data Protection Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

The fact that its very user friendly, I don't have to rely on spreadsheets for project and task management anymore. Teamwork makes it easy.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

I think one needs to know how to organise their tasks well under parent and sub tasks or it can go messy so easily.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we moved to Teamwork.com, my projects were spread across email threads, spreadsheets, and half-a-dozen chat channels. That made it tough to see who owned what, track real deadlines, or give clients a clear picture of progress. Teamwork fixes that by putting tasks, files, time-tracking, and client comms in one place. The built-in dashboards let us spot bottlenecks early, the workload view balances everyone’s capacity, and the reporting saves hours when we prep status updates.

Implementation was easy, and now it’s part of our daily workflow. It keeps everyone on the same page without adding extra work.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Some of the dashboard views could be a little more flexible or visually streamlined, but it’s nothing too cumbersome

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to manage client projects, assign and track tasks, communicate as a team, and monitor time spent on each project. Teamwork is user friendly and makes it simple to set up projects and tasks by providing the option to add new tasks or have templates ready. Once you figure out how you want to set projects up for your team, it's easy to get things templated out. Sometimes Teamwork has glitches and it can slow down a project or make you do double work if you don't catch the issue right away. It doesn't happen often but when it does it can be a bit of a headache.

It would also be helpful if we could add not only the day a task is due, but the time it's due to help our teams prioritize their tasks for the day a little better.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping communication in one place so everyone on the team knows where to go to find it, and what stage a specific project is at. It helps with making sure everyone is on teh same page and on track.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris H. | Chief of Customer Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

We run our entire digital marketing agency (25+ team members) with Teamwork after switching from Asana nearly two years ago and haven't looked back. Our monthly retainer clients are entered as projects with monthly budgets that are directly connected to estimated times for tasks and actual logged and billable time entered by our team. This time is directly exported each pay period from Teamwork and used to process payroll via Quickbooks, Wise, and Paypal. It's a great platform.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork.com is still a work in progress with quarterly updates that make an already strong platform that much better each time. Our team has had to wait for certain functionlity, but based on past experience, we know our needs are heard and the features undoubtedly make their way to the platform.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork allows our agency of 25+ team members to manage over 30 clients needs through accurate real time budgeting, time tracking, and clear team member communication. We use the system in conjunction with our work in Figma, Klaviyo, Canva, Keep, Quickbooks and a variety of social media platforms.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Client-Friendly Functionality: You can create client-specific projects, assign permissions, and even allow clients limited access—making collaboration transparent without oversharing.

Time Tracking Built In: You don’t need a third-party integration to track billable hours, and it ties directly into invoicing and reporting.

Templates & Automation: Reusable task lists, project templates, and automation rules save tons of time on repetitive work.

Project Visibility: Dashboards, Gantt charts, and workload views give a clear picture of where everything stands—great for managers and clients alike.

Clean UI That Grows With You: It’s easy for new team members to learn, but still powerful enough for more complex workflows.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Mobile App Limitations: The mobile experience can feel clunky compared to the desktop version—some features are harder to navigate or simply unavailable.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scattered Communication & Task Overload
Before Teamwork, we juggled project updates across emails, spreadsheets, and chat apps—things got lost, deadlines slipped, and no one had a clear picture of who was doing what.

 ### 42. Easy to use, great for organizing workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

It has helped me and my team immensely to keep track of all our clients, as well as to create and adhere to established processes.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

I'd say the limit of accounts on the free version, but once we upgraded, there haven't been any issues.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we stared using Teamwork, our only method for sending instructions was Slack. With Teamwork, we can easily assign tasks, set deadlines, write down specific instructions and even include files. We also have immediate visibility as to whenever a task gets completed.

 ### 43. It has been essential for our project management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime F. | Senior Project Manager, Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork has a super intuitive interface; I didn't have to get lost in a sea of settings to get started. I was able to create projects, assign tasks and set deadlines without feeling like I was cracking secret code. One thing that really made a difference was the way it allows you to organize your work with dependencies and subtasks. Before, things slipped through my fingers because there was no clear structure, but with Teamwork.com everything is in its place. Also, the real-time collaboration is amazing: you can comment on tasks, upload files and keep the whole team aligned without the need for endless meetings.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

While I quickly got used to the basics, when I wanted to get the most out of more advanced features, I realized that there is a learning curve. I had to watch tutorials and test until I found the best way to use it with my equipment.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I remember that before using this platform our tasks, ended up with confusing dates and duplicated tasks because we used emails, spreadsheets and we even got to coordinate through WhatsApp messages. Now we can unify teamwork for project planning and management, centralizing everything: recording decisions, contact lists, document exchange, etc. In our large projects, we have several people in charge of different parts of the process, from design to development to marketing. Here we can see exactly what each team member has to do and when, without the need to constantly ask questions. Also, thanks to the time tracking features, we now have a better idea of how long each phase took, which has helped us improve our estimates for future projects.

 ### 44. Excellent task assignment and timer control service.

**Reviewed by:** Carlos R. | Funnel Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Coming from software like Airtable or Monday.com, Teamwork.com feels much more intuitive and easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Maybe more schemes available for themes.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping correct time logs on tasks.

Teamwork is awesome when it comes to Client management, time tracking, billing and reporting. Great Team support too.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

It is not good for beginners. It is somewhat hard to use and get use to. Interface is a bit tricky.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is great in reporting, client collaboration and visibility

 ### 46. Great for Agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Several of my agency clients have begun using Teamwork.com and love it. They were using Excel (or email) to manage projects. Now they can easily keep track of tasks, due dates, assignments, etc. It makes their weekly updates incredibly easy with their filtering features. Implementation was very easy for my clients. The integrations with gmail and outlook are very helpful. Frequent feature additions. Good update communication. Great customer service. I even use it for my personal projects because of its flexibility. I could go on...

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Most of my clients have yet to use the invoicing features, as there is a natural fear of implementing something that touches the business so directly. I'm sure they'll get there eventually. Teamwork sounds like they are improving the features around this continually, so it appears to me that all of the features my clients were asking for have been added. Messaging with Teamwork can become confusing for the clients as they aren't sure when to Message, when to email, when to Slack, etc.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of tasks and due dates are the main benefits of Teamwork which users use first. Missed deadlines or milestones are rare for my clients.

 ### 47. Supremely effective organization for all my work projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hope B. | Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

For pretty much anything I want to organize or schedule in my workflow, Teamwork has a functionality for that. Plus it has a very active development team that is always researching, absorbing feedback, and adding new and improved features and fixes. And the support (which I never needed but I once used to ask a question about a particular functionality) is SUPER responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. There is a "Feedback" icon on the toolbar that you can always use to make comments and suggestions to the dev team, which I also appreciate. Love them!
Update in Jan 2025: I am still using this application and I still find it to be very powerful. I updated my dislikes because the 2 features I wish they had, they have now added them. The dev team is so amazing and responsive. The app is growing all the time.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

It's difficult to find something to complain about with Teamwork. Every now and then I run into a small glitch. The glitches are almost never substantial. Also, there are so many features that I often feel I could be getting more out of Teamwork if only I knew what other features were available - but that's really a personal problem. I need to study! Lol.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork is helping me organize my work and keep on top of all the tasks I do and still need to do. It's amazing because I'm much less likely to let tasks "slip through the cracks." Plus it's so easy to communicate on a project-specific and task-specific level which really optimizes collaboration when our team members use that feature. This is so important to us as a fully remote team. We can also easily assign and reassign tasks to each other, which again, helps a ton with collaboration.

 ### 48. Integrates with QuickBooks Online

**Reviewed by:** Scott S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I track my billable hours and export that to QuickBooks. So not only is it a good task manager for me, but a tool for billing.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

The fields exported to QuickBooks has changed recently, and takes a bit of work to tweak that.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know.

 ### 49. Frequent updates and a very human team behind this product.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I love that Teamwork listens to and responds to user requests for features, bug fixes, and other things that makes Teamwork adaptable to our unique needs

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork can't perfectly match and automate everything that we do. When it comes to time/resource estimates on tasks and employees, we still haven't found that magic system to accurately capture and predict what we do, but that may be a problem that gets solved in the next little while if the system gets renewed.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us track both tasks and time logs in a uniform way, giving us our single source of billing truth.

 ### 50. Teamwork does track teamwork towards project & task completion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandy D. | Lead Solutions Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I would recommend Teamwork.com to a friend or colleague. One of the things I love about it is how easy it makes tracking tasks. The Board view is fantastic for getting a clear picture of where everything stands, and the time tracking feature helps me when it comes monthly gathering of billable hours for a project and where it stands against our estimated times.

A few other helpful features is being able to store documents on the tasks. It makes communication and file sharing so much smoother. Plus, the interface is really user-friendly, and I can customize most of it to fit my specific needs, which has been a huge boost to my productivity.

The reporting features are also super helpful as well as filter searches for time log entries and tasks.

Overall, Teamwork.com has been a game-changer for my project management, and I think it could really help others too.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

At this moment, I don't know of any downsides. There may be a better way I can personally views tasks on a board but I am trying to juggle tasks from multiple clients on one board and so I have to duplicate tasks into a generic team board which is seperate from the clients boards and I don't seem to know how to do that or if that is possible to pull in client tasks into one board.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the fact that our small company doesn't actually have a full-time project manager. Many of us on the client services team, manage projects and this tool is helpful to do that. It helps track the full history on projects, tasks and all communication on these projects and tasks. It helps with tracking of tasks on a board since we all work remotely.
