I love how Teamwork Chat is web-based, which means I can access it on any device easily. The notifications feature is great because it helps me stay connected even through email if I'm not signed in. I like the ability to attach files and search through chats for important information, which is really helpful. It's really handy to organize communications by client or 'work group' like the design team or writing team, to keep projects on track. The setup was super easy, especially compared to learning the Teamwork project software.
