Recommendations to others considering Teamvoy:
I would confidently recommend Teamvoy to organisations that need a reliable digital partner, especially for projects with fixed deadlines and a lot of content. They delivered four products for BookForum (a website, a programme web app and iOS and Android apps) within a tight timeframe, and all of them launched before the festival.
Teamvoy is a strong choice if you value open and responsive communication. The team listens carefully, answers questions promptly and proposes solutions rather than just following instructions. Their approach to deadlines is also an advantage for event-driven projects, where a launch date can't move.
To get the most out of the collaboration, we would suggest involving them early, sharing your priorities and audience needs clearly from the start, and planning for continued work after launch, because ongoing development helps the product keep improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Teamvoy solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teamvoy helped us solve three main challenges. We needed a modern bilingual presence for both the festival and the NGO "Publishers Forum." Visitors needed a convenient way to navigate a programme of hundreds of events across many venues in Lviv. And our team needed to manage and update information quickly and on its own.
The solution was a complete digital ecosystem: the main website, bookforum.ua, a programme web app, and iOS and Android apps. The main website presents BookForum's story, scale, history, team and partners in Ukrainian and English. That matters because the festival's programme and audience are international. Features such as the media accreditation form also made it easier to work with journalists.
The programme app became visitors' main tool during the festival. Search, a personal schedule, a map, offline access and shareable event pages helped people plan their time and find their way around the city. The mobile apps put the programme directly on visitors' phones.
For our team, the biggest benefit was independence. The custom admin panel let us manage the programme ourselves. Because the programme app launched more than a month before the festival, we had time to populate it and prepare with confidence. During the festival, the platform handled peak traffic while thousands of visitors were using it at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
