**What do you like best about TeamViewer Frontline?**

The tool is very easy to use and it's very intuitive. It made the dinamic in our team easier when we had a problem and the customer support was always solving everything efficiently and it's worth implementing  it. Our tem uses it every time sometimes comes up and a tool isn't working properly, so the frequency of use makes it worth it. It has more features but we use it for letting someone else have access to our computer so they can help us with what came up. It integrates easily with ever other tool we use in the agency, so I would definitely recommend it.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer Frontline?**

I had no problems with this tool, there´s just one thing that I think would make it even better. When you want someone to access your computer you give them a code that Team Viewer sends you and once the person copies that code they immediatly have access. I think it would be good if you could accept the access because maybe you are doing something when that happens.

**What problems is TeamViewer Frontline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were some tools that I needed to use with urgency and they weren´t working and the IT team got access to my computer and solved it easily and I could do everything I needed. I also had a problem with some sign ins that I couldn't solve and had no access and thanks to Team Viewer I was able to solve everything.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer Frontline?**

Teamviewer assist is very useful in many cases, I often experiment with it when, working from home, I encounter problems of various kinds with apps or updates, having a computer very much 'blocked' by company control systems.
In times of need, it's like having an IT person at your side because by remotely accessing your computer, it's as if he or she is right by your side.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer Frontline?**

There are two things I don't really like about this app:

1- often, when the remote system tries to access my account, it jams the authorisation mechanism where both users have to enter a password.

2- there is no chat system integrated with the person interacting with us through Teamviewer, so you have to adapt using other text apps available in your device.

**What problems is TeamViewer Frontline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Teamviewer I can solve any kind of problem I encounter with apps or with the operating system as it is as if an IT person were next to me and could access my computer completely autonomously and remotely.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer Frontline?**

It's simplicity, many apps have one-to-one video features, but none of them have so many useful pointers that allow you to guide as well as troubleshoot others

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer Frontline?**

Having such a useful piece of software as a standalone rather than integrated into the main TeamViewer app is a bit of a bummer since not many are willing to keep apps on their phone that they won't be using very often. However, when it is necessary it definitely comes in handy.

**What problems is TeamViewer Frontline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This particular app has helped me in so many ways, with the way it handles depth perception, it has allowed me to accurately relay instructions for tasks assigned to others out in the fields, as well as in my personal life, assisting elderly people that have difficulties understanding some technologies, or visually impaired due to age.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer Frontline?**

There is a lot of things I like about about Teamviewer but the if I talk about any particular thing so i will definetly talk about the frequency of the application as in there are very less glitches in netwroking as compare to other applications.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer Frontline?**

I think,it can come with more side helping tools and features

**What problems is TeamViewer Frontline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am in a company where i have to work with the IT support team and the branches of my office are scattered in a lot of cities in different states so whenever anyone in my co worker or anyone faces any issues related to IT kind of stuff and if the are in other place and I am not able to go to their place, in these kind of situations I always use TeaamViewerwhich is very useful in this situation as it becomes very easy to understand their problems and tell them the right solution according to the solution which I can see and understand clearly

**What do you like best about TeamViewer Frontline?**

TeamViewer in itself has been an invaluable resource but has previously up until now still resulted in site visits / staff visits for hardware issues or physical connectivity issues.   
We can now video share what the end user sees and markup like a marker on the screen what needs to be looked at or done.   It's more than just a video call.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer Frontline?**

Being video and more the  only thing we have found is where it's been slow or can hang with slow interbet.  It's very video and graphics intensive so does use bandwidth so could do with options to reduce quality or scale down.  

Secondly would be good to have it linked to the regular desktop sharing so we aren't having to move between our 2 apps.

**What problems is TeamViewer Frontline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously physical connectivity issues or other physical issues have resulted in unnecessary field support or office visits for staff where it's been a simple network port or power issue.  So it's saving field support visits allowing us to be more productive.  

Also allows our internal engineers to assist level 1 with some minor hardware tasks that again otherwise needed physical intervention.

I am a current user but can't screenshot for cybersecurity reasons.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer Frontline?**

It's too quick to connect with the remote device. It's easier to connect either with Laptop or Mobile device that helps with on the go.
Setting up was super easy. Few clicks and not much of fuss.
Better image quality and easier to identify.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer Frontline?**

For additional add ons and integration we would need to pay more.
Reporting is little complex

**What problems is TeamViewer Frontline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a hybrid model post covid. It's really easy to connect with the remote devices.
It's super easy to guide the users with the annotations and free hand-drawing features. It saves a lot of our time in assisting our customers to resolve their queries quick.
Our SLAs have improved massively and the headache of guiding users on how to connect to the remote device has been vanished with the one click session request.

In some places, we are fixing CCTV cameras and we cannot go to the user's place  we are the user team viewer  and troubleshooting long distance place.

Team viewer helped me in a lot of critical situation, as an it support guy i can easily access my wfh colleagues and i can immediately solve their system issues .

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer Frontline?**

I faced some little lag while accessing my admins computer through my computer.

Sometimes workers in my office couldn't tell me the exact problem which is happening in their system. With the help of Team viewer i can directly help them to solve the issue not even going to their table and it's saves so much time and work

**What do you like best about TeamViewer Frontline?**

The most helpful thing i like about using teamviewer is that it allows the technican to access my computer remotley to view what i am seeing and asist with correcting the issue at hand. I also like how the program allows you to place an code to the technican thefore anyone isn't able to just remote access your computer.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer Frontline?**

What i least like about Teamviewer Assist Ar is that does not work through the prioxy and it can be a bit costly for buisness owners.

**What problems is TeamViewer Frontline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issues that Teamviewer AR is solving is being able to access and assit a staff while being locted in another located or country. This allows you to hire a technican oversees rather then paying an instaff rep.

* The app crashes frequently.
* Screen sharing drops after 10 seconds, making it impossible to help someone

**What problems is TeamViewer Frontline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest feature of teamviewer-assist-ar is that we save time and personnel because it provides remote guidance. In addition, it quickly solves the problems of the personnel in the field thanks to remote 3D video support. It provides faster communication between the end user and the technician.
