What do you like best about Teams Pro?

The platform offers different ways to host meetings, and the AI transcripts and notetaking make it easier to set actions during and after the meetings. The smart AI integration means that note taking has become a thing of the past and the transcripts are often more accurate. Teams Pro is always reliable and have never had any issues with performance of the platform. I also like that it does automated noise suppression to reduce outside noise. What do you dislike about Teams Pro?

It can be frustrating that when you use the same link more than once, you are unable to get an attendance register. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Teams Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

The automatic note-taking means we no longer need a dedicated note taker in meetings. It's easy to assign actions to people during the meeting, and the automatic notes add these to the summary afterward, which everyone can access. This has saved us time and money as we used to have someone in the meetings specifically to take notes. It also includes timeline markers, so when meetings are recorded it's much easier to return to specific points when recapping. The summaries are more accurate.
