What do you like best about TeamConnect™ and Legal Hold Pro™ Connector?

I like that you are able to load all of your case information in one place for clients to be able to access. It also allows you to update your clients in real time about things like budget and status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamConnect™ and Legal Hold Pro™ Connector?

I would like it better if our firm was able to adjust some information within the system. However, things like matters and billing rates have to be added by the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
